Quite often my inspiration for pages comes from journaling swimming around in my head. And so when I don’t have time to scrap, I jot the journaling down for later. I found this little note that I had forgotten about written in my notebook and thought it would be a good title page for this year's AAM book.

Thanks for looking! Smile

Journaling: For as long as I can remember, I have loved to write. Give me a pen and a piece of paper and I am a happy woman. While there are times that I struggle to actually say what I am thinking, let me write it down and you can’t shut me up. Worries about not making myself clear or being misunderstood disappear and the words and thoughts flow. Freely. And while they are just my thoughts and not some literary masterpiece, I still think they are important. These words are who I really am. Nothing glossed over, just real, everyday life. I am living it and I want to remember it. And at the same time, I don’t ever want to be forgotten.
