the world lost a bit of its sparkle last week...this was the hardest page i ever made...i miss my friend already and that will never end. loved you mrs. knox.

Pattie decked the dog and changed my life. I had
never heard of digital scrapbooking until I ran
across a Christmas card that Pattie had posted on-
line. I remember putting it in my bookmarks, long story short ... a couple years later I was an avid digital scrapper and joined the DD team.... I was giddy at the thought of finally getting to know the woman who turned me into a scrapper and then a photographer. We got to be great online friends and when I finally got to meet her in person it was like I had known her all my life. I
remember one of us would say something and the other would ask if we had been seperated at birth.

Pattie was one of those people who comes along once in a lifetime. She gave so freely of herself and not once asked for anything in return. She shared her amazing wit, and brought smiles to all around her. She made you feel like you really mattered, because to her, you really did. She had such an unwavering love for her family, and always talked about how proud she was of them. I will never forget how excited she was to find out she was going to be a Grandma....and that there were two!! She loved those babies with all her heart before they were born and even more so afterwards.

Pattie, my friend, will be in my heart forever.
