Ugh! Must go now for smelling salts...

Back later with credits, but just by way of quick explanation, Rotofugi is a toy store and art gallery in Chicago. It was one of Mr. Squeak's top ten places to visit while we were in the Windy City last summer.

Journaling reads:

"After a quick rest for the two of us and a change of shoes for me, we were off to Rotofugi. Part toy store, part art gallery, Rotofugi is know for its diverse and eclectic assortment of capsule toys, plush and vinyl figures made by artists from all over the world. Their gallery features exhibits of both local and national artists. Perhaps not a typical tourist destination, but we’d both read about it (me in the Lonely Planet Chicago guide, Peter on Yelp), so we were curious. Located on the border of the Lincoln Park and Lakeview neighborhoods, it was really easy to get there from our hotel--we just walked one block up N. Lincoln Ave. to W. Wisconsin St., caught the #11 bus and got off at Lincoln and W. Diversey Pkwy. It was a fun visit; Peter even recognized some Japanese anime characters and I bought a cute coin purse."

...and finally back with the credits. Cassie, thanks for another exhilarating Saturday morning!
