It's only been a month but I hope I can stick with the changes I've made so far...

On January 5, I decided to make a change. My clothes were fitting poorly and I just felt unhealthy. It hasn’t been an easy

change but it is finally becoming more of a habit. Working out with Jillian from Biggest Loser is like a bootcamp every

morning. But I tell myself ” it is only half an hour and you can do it.” And packing healthy food for lunch is more time

consuming to prepare as is making healthy suppers. But it feels good to make healthy choices.

As I was packing clothes for Mexico and fitting them on, I was encouraged to see a small change physically. But the biggest

change and more importantly, is how I feel mentally. I feel happier. So carry on Jeannie, you can do it...
