So, it's not that I go out of my way, exactly, to hide from Mr. Squeak how much I spend on my scrapbooking addition--er, hobby--but I don't go out of my way to advertise it, either. Today, however, he happened to be in the office when I was putting together the credits for this page. He noticed me copying and pasting the credits from Lynnie's Store Product Link Excel Spread Sheet and asked what that was. (Lynn, he thinks this is the coolest thing ever and commends your dedication to making this! Me, too! Thanks so much!) THEN he noticed how long the credit list was...

Him: "Wait! Does this mean you actually bought all of these things?!?"
<sound of crickets chirping>
Me, slowly, knowing this cannot end well: "Um, yes."
Him, incredulous: "Do you actually use all of the things that you buy?"
Me, sidestepping: "Well, yes. For this page I just finished, I used all of these things I'm listing."
Him: "I'm sure that's not what I meant, and I'm sure you know that."
Me: "Sweetie, would it enhance your life in any way to know how much disk space my digital scrapbooking supplies use up?"
<sound of crickets chirping>
Him: "Good point! Finish up and then let's watch the series finale of 'Fringe.'"

This page is inspired by Amy M's Lots of Love challenge #1. The challenge is to make a page based on a cute Valentine's card saying. Amy's been collecting a whole bunch of these sayings in the challenge thread, and I thought it might be fun to take some of those sayings and put them all on the same page, 'cause you know, with the exception of watching the series finale of 'Fringe' and Kathleen's 30MM Masterpiece challenge, I had nothing else scheduled today. Seriously, what better way to spend a fine, sunny, warmish (mercifully, the cold snap out here seems to be abating) January Saturday than indoors doing digital scrapping? Smile

The page design was inspired by all ya'll that are doing Project Life, as well as some things I've seen at Pinterest (seriously, how much do you looooove Pinterest!) and a page I saw at Gallery Standouts about a year ago.

ETA: in case you can't read what's written on the note the doggie is holding, here it is: "Valentine, Life would be 'ruff' without you!"
