Polar Express pg 7
Journaling reads: The magic of Christmas......through a child's eyes.

We traveled to the "North Pole" with my co-worker, her husband and 2 small children the weekend of Thanksgiving. We boarded a train outside of Lewistown, MT and traveled east for a few miles, passing over a huge trestle and arriving at the North Pole. The children were given cookies and hot chocolate. Elves handed out paper and crayons so you could make your Christmas List and hand it to Santa when he passed through the train car. We boarded at dusk and it was snowing, huge giant snowflakes. When we arrived at the North Pole, Santa boarded the train and visited with every child and took their Christmas list back to his workshop with him. All I can say was it was truly magical.

I did add a photo in the lower right corner, that I got from the Chamber of Commerce website where we purchased our tickets. We passed over this actual trestle...but it was pitch dark out so we couldn't see it (or photograph it). The upper right corner is a Christmas ornament that they had for sale. Of course, we purchased several!!
