It is tradition to have a mincemeat cheesecake for dessert on Christmas Day. This cheesecake from Canadian Living, also known as "Susan's cheesecake", is good using any mincemeat, but is spectacular when using my homemade green tomato mincemeat, made from an old family recipe. I made the cheesecake today.
