Busy day today . . . but, we always enjoy our boys when they are here . . . it is such a blessing to have children around the house during Christmas.

Journaling: This morning Carrie called to see if the boys could stay with me while she took Mitchell to see the doctor. Immediately Henry wanted to put the stockings out . . . and wanted to change our family line up along the mantle from oldest to youngest. We got to work! Papa came in so I went to lunch with my Monday Lunch Bunch and then to mail the little dresses I made for the girls. I forgot my pocket book so had to borrow $30 from Beth Massa to pay for my lunch and have enough to mail the package. Never done that before. Papa & the boys were watching “Radio” when I got back home. Carrie came to pick them up about three o’clock . . . Mitchell seemed to feel better. Ed was hungry for chowder, so the two of us drove out to Bonefish for supper. Yum.
