This was the first year we worked at the Annual Hearth Dinner, where the entire dinner is cooked over the fire in the cabin. Dick was a server and I plated the food. The menu was pumpkin soup, chicken, Bubble and Squeak, green beans and home baked bread and apple pies. There was live violin music and the museum was decorated beautifully. Those attending had a wonderful time and so did we!
