day 19: 30 days of thankfulness
Still plugging along! Gosh I wish I had decided to do this project on November the first rather than later and now playing catch-up.
“And if God cares so wonderfully for flowers that are here today and thrown into the fire tomorrow, he will certainly care for you. Why do you have so little faith?” Luke 12:28
Journaling: Today I am thankful for . . . the convenience and luxury of buying these wonderful sunflowers just down the road at the Kroger’s store where I stop several time each week. I love having fresh flowers in our home from time to time and love that when fresh flowers are no longer in our yard that I can find them no matter what the season. Flowers evoke memories of my grandmother and her wonderful flower gardens and the fresh flowers, which she would keep in the house when I was a child. I love the memory of Aunt Velma’s little table in the den where she would have a bowl or vase of fresh flowers whether eating alone, or with family or friends to share her meal.
