make-up party with bears
I loved using Kayleigh’s new template from Studio DD for these cute photographs of our granddaughter playing with some old make-up that we dug up from my stash!
Journaling: While you were staying with us for a few days this year we dug into my makeup drawer pulled out lots of items which I never use anymore. A pale pink lipstick, small sample bottles of lotions and powders, a tiny blue compact with a puff and mirror. I found a stand up mirror and we gathered a few friends to have a mini-makeover. Your friends were . . . one of your mama’s old baby dolls, two sweet brown teddy bears with button eyes and of course your dotty bunny that traveled here with you. Monnie was in this adoring group too . . . you rouged and lip-sticked me along with the others . . . I found my neck alarmingly pink after a liberal dose with your powder puff. We found a pretty old zipper bag to store your stash in and you are just as happy as a clam! We both had a wonderful morning in the sunny window playing make-up just like two little girls.
