I am missing scrapping and posting...I have company. There has been a lot of inspiration here lately regarding family recipes, so I thought that I'd post a recipe from my childhood. I'd also like to point out that I have NEVER served this to Isabel.

Interesting that your mother put a poched egg on top of the Heinz! You should serve this to Isabel, just to keep the tradition alive and well and will give her a funny story to share with her children someday!
