It was so easy once I had the brush (ha ha) & realized that it was the center I was painting first and then moving out to the edges (lowering the opacity.) I can't wait to do more...Thanks again Mary!
I think it's the combination of the painted outdoorsy part with the sketchy city outline that make this so amazing-- what a great photo to have used for this technique! I like the title work too. Great lo.
What a great combination of photo and effect! I love how the outline layer is offset from the painted layer. The outline border and choice of word art are perfect, too!
