This summer, you made a new commitment to your fitness. Each morning, dad loads your bikes on the rack for a trip to Dunedin Causeway. After a 1.5 mile run on the beach, you guys hit the Pinellas Trail for an 18 mile ride. At first, I hear your enthusiasm was a little lean. But now you love to tell me about fighting the wind, and how you conquer the Clearwater Causeway in a high gear. Then it’s weights, pushups and situps in the living room. We hope that we’re setting you up for a lifetime of health and fitness.
