Well, anything worth doing is worth overdoing (my mouse collection and my waistline are different examples of how I live my life by this creed, but I digress...) Here is another layout from me in which I've used one of the painting tutorials Katie has on her blog. I just love how these tuts can be used to hide a multitude of photographic sins. The photo on this page was taken on a kayaking trip I took with some friends a few years ago. This is a shot of our kayaks all lined up on the Monterey Bay beach, just waiting for us to come and play. There was only one person taking photos that day and all he had was a little disposable camera; the photo is a bit out of focus and really washed out, but a little painting, a little blending and it doesn't look half bad.
