A continuation of my 2004 Summer Vacation

Journaling Reads:

We got up early and headed to "Cowboy Morning Breakfast" which was about 30 miles outside of Amarillo. They loaded us up in horse drawn wagons and carted us out 2 1/2 miles through an actual working ranch. Once we arrived, the cowboys had breakfast prepared - scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy, sausage, orange juice and hot coffee. The scenery overlooking Palo Duro Canyon was just gorgeous. There was play calf roping, horse back riding and cow chip tossing.
