When we took the day to find all of the Pelicans in the Seabrook area, I had not really thought what I'd do with them all. I hated to do a whole album for them since we may not care later on. When I saw Cassie's challenge this seemed like the perfect way to remember them ALL! It is a little busy, but it was a busy day, LOL! We had always wanted to stop and take pictures and my daughter is going to make a video (her creative outlet). Glad we did this before she left home! And for the record, I can remember most of their names. It made it easier to track all the pelican layers!

They are easy to ignore.
But once you stop to look at one, maybe two...
then you will have to find them all.

When we moved to Texas we soon began to see these pelicans from Pelican Path Project.
The pelicans are about 6 - 8 ft. tall and each have a character of their own.
When the kids were little we would drive through the area and they would count them.
On this day we found many more than we expected. Sadly, some were destroyed during
Hurricane Ike.

This was a fun scavenger hunt!
