Connie's gallery is a feast for the eyes and it took me days to choose just one LO...
But I finally chose this one, since it fit my purpose perfectly - I needed lots of space for journaling:

The photo is really bad, but it was the only one available... It's of my friend Karen, having just been escorted by local police across the Connel Bridge with her wedding dress! The journaling below is from the Oban Times a couple of days after the wedding. They were doing extensive repairs on the bridge during nights in the weeks leading up to the wedding and it was actually completely closed off... But they took pity on the bride to be and let her walk across instead of her fiancé having to drive a couple of hours, single journey, around Glencoe to get her! This page will go in the book I'm making for her!

“Picking up your wedding dress is supposed to be one of the most exciting days of your life, but for beaming Barcaldine bride Karen Webster it turned into a saga. Travelling to Glasgow by train on Tuesday, Karen managed to collect her dress without a hitch. The return journey was a little more eventful, with fallen trees on the line delaying the train’s arrival into Connel until after 10pm - after a planned closure of the Connel Bridge. Walking across the bridge with the dress was just as fun for Karen, with enginers shouting “don’t do it!” as she approached the crossing. Karen has more than proved her determination to marry her Romeo, Sean O’Byrne, though. When she went to pick the dress, her car broke down, and she was later involved in a car crash after a fitting. Thankfully, the happy couple finally tied the knot at a beautiful ceremony at the Isle of Eriska on Saturday. Diary wishes Mr and Mrs O’Byrne all the best.”
