There are a few treats that we enjoy but buy only between Thanksgiving and Christmas. It keeps them special for the holidays! One is egg nog. Most of us like it! Another ‘treat’ is herring...though it seems that Scott is the only one for whom this is actually a ‘treat!’ Even the thought of it is awful as far as I‘m concerned! Even so, herring says ‘Christmas’ to me, as I’ve become accustomed to purchasing it for him each year.
