When you don't know where you're going, it's hard to know if you've arrived! Smile Such is the story of this page...

Although the first official day of autumn was yesterday, it's a typical sort of Bay Area fall day; that is to say, it is hot and hazy. Some of my neighbors have invited us to the pool for an afternoon of sunshine and swimming, but I find myself wishing for a New England autumn day, one where my Sweetie and I could walk down a quiet country road on a crisp autumn morning, leaves crunching underfoot, our eyes dazzled by the riot of color everywhere.

With that in mind, I set out to make a scrapbook page about where I'd most like to be today, and with the help of the most recent 3 Kits 3 Ways challenge and an iStock photo, I ended up here, although I'm not really sure where "here" is. Smile Oh well, sometimes it's the journey and not the destination that's important...

It's not at all the same, but DH and I are off for a hike on one of the local trails, so I'll be back later with the credits (but I should say that the haiku I used is one I found on the web and that I slightly modified; the author of the original is John Baily).

Happy Fall, Ya'll!
