Journaling: Large pot boiling water - Add Zatarain’s Crab Boil, 3 small red potatoes per serving, & 2 onions, boil 20 minutes, covered. Add 2 pounds polish sausage,cut in chunks & 1 corn on the cob per serving, cook 15 minutes. Add 2 pounds of shrimp and boil 1 to 2 minutes. Drain & serve with melted butter and Emeril’s Bayou Blast. Serves 8 - 10 people. (This was served at Eric Behrends’ graduation meal in Lake Wylie, South Carolina - June, 2011)
