Covering both early and late shifts so that others can have vacation makes for a long day. Each patient who has a procedure where we actually take pictures is assigned a number. In the days when we actually used film, it was called the cine number. We still call it that, even though we have been digital for ages. In November, we start a pool to try to guess the final cine count for the year. It interjects some friendly competition and reminds everyone of just how well we work together. This year, even with one room closed for renovation (and a late shift added to compensate), we have done over 6350 patients!
