A few years ago we started a blessing jar family tradition. Through out the entire year, we write down things or events for which we are thankful and stuff them in the jar. Then on Thanksgiving Day, we empty the jar and read aloud all the reminders of God's faithfulness. It's a great way to reflect on the previous year and so fun to read the variety of entries. We've had everything from defeating serious health issues to thanking God for McDonalds. lol.
