My DS#1 when he started school - For his About A Boy book:
Ready for school and being so grown up in the new uniform. "This can’t be so hard, your dad owned the school, didn’t he, you went there with him all the time!" The weight of expectation weighed heavily on your little shoulders. You loved school life and made many new friends, enjoying all the extra curricula activities that school offered; sport, camps, concerts, in Grade 6 you were elected by your peers as a House Captain. You were quietly determined to do it your way and you always have.
(Just thought I should add that his father didn't actually own the school - he was the Principal when both our boys attended primary school)
