Shibuya Scramble (spread)

If you've seen "Lost in Translation" this intersection might be familiar to you. I didn't get a shot of the big dinosaur walking across the building, but there was certainly plenty to see.
Scramble in Shibuya
On the way home from my day in Hakone, I stopped at Shibuya Station for one of the best free “shows” in town. Shibuya Crossing, also referred to as “Shibuya Scramble” is the pedestrian crossing outside the Hachiko exit of Shibuya Station. It only took about 2 minutes for me to understand why it’s called the “scramble”: all the lights at this massive intersection turn red at once, allowing pedestrians to walk in all directions at the same time. What a crowd!
