It was all about the
Lunar Eclipse
and then it wasn’t.
I was so excited that I was going to get a chance to photograph a lunar eclipse. It was suppose to happen between 4:30 and 5:30am so since I’m not a morning person I got everything ready the night before and set my alarm.
I drove out thinking it was going to be perfect because there were no clouds and there was very little traffic (as I might have to pull off the road near a farm somewhere). Turned out I was too late. There was no moon in sight so I’m guessing that the horizon in the internet article stating the times was not the same horizon as mine.
On the way home however, I saw a beautiful sunrise and that night as I looked for the moon once more there was a lightning storm. I didn’t get to see the lunar eclipse, but I got some nice pictures of the day’s beginning and end.
