What a wonderful week! I cheated on this week's page tho and only used photos from one (very special) day. Now that the wedding's over, I'm going to focus on improving my photo skills...

What a hectic, wonderful week! The wedding was amazing and Ashley looked so beautiful. She and Chris are so perfect together and I’m really happy she was able to have the wedding of her dreams. The weather couldn’t have been any better - 72 and no humidity. The day started early with nail and hair appts. Ash and the girls got ready at the hotel and we had lunch (and mimosas!) brought in. We all got to Harmony Hall around 1:30 and I spent most of the next few hours making sure the musicans, photo booth people and photographers set up. Jill and Victor at HH did an outstanding job with the decor. Finally it was time. Ash (who had declared this a “no crying” wedding) started bawling when she read the card that Chris had delivered to her. I started when I saw David walking her down the aisle. In true Chris fashion, during the vows he reached over and wiped a tear off Ash's cheek. That of course made her (and me) cry more... After cocktails and dinner, the party got very lively and ended on a high note with a surpise fireworks display that David and Chris arranged. We had a brunch for Chris, Ash and the bridal party along with family and some out of town guests the next AM and then said goodbye and headed home to VA.
