I was short on photos this morning so decided to document my new exercise program. Week 3 and still going strong. However, I have to admit my arm got tired holding the weight to get a photo of it. sheesh.

Journaling: It’s been almost 2 years since I’ve worked out on a consistent basis; and it shows. One night Conor sat with me on the couch and as he poked me in the stomach with his finger he kept saying; squish; squish.”; As a present to myself; I ordered 3 DVD’s from; Cathe Fredrich.; Everyday Cathe and I rotate between circuit training; step or kickboxing.; It feels good to be taking care of myself again.; January 2010
