Journaling:
Chicken and Noodles
Beat a teaspoon of salt into six eggs.
Add flour until stiff.
Turn out onto waxed paper and add more flour.
Roll out thin, then roll up into tight roll.
Cut into thin strips; shake out and spread to dry.
Place raw chicken pieces, sliced carrots, finely chopped onion and celery, and salt and
pepper in large pot.
When chicken is tender, remove the skin and bones; return to pot and continue to simmer.
Add noodles 20 minutes before eating.
