Woo hoo! The winner of the Fiona (applechick) scraplift and $5.00 Gift Certificate is Debbie (dfwest) Congratulations!!!

Fiona was in the CT Spotlight the first two weeks of September. We had so many wonderful layouts to choose from! Tough decisions for the voters, let me tell you!
