A fave with my 3 year old is pork chops and red rice.
You can use what ever thickness of pork chops you want. I use the butterfly ones, but my Mom uses really thin ones.
in a deep dish baking pan mix up 2 cans of tomato soup with 2 cans of water. Bring it to a boil. Add 2 cans of rice. Salt and Pepper to taste. Put in the pork chops and bake covered on 350 for 1 hour.
You can make more or less, depending on how large of a crowd you need to feed. For every can of soup you add, add 1 can of water and 1 cup of rice.
Sometimes I also add chopped onion to the mix.
