    Spring Issue of Digital Studio

I just picked up the spring issue of Digital Studio today from Barnes and Noble. Love that magazine and wish it came out more often than twice a year! Kudos to Debbie West who was spotlighted and other DD gals who had their layouts published, Joanne Caruth, Jana Holden, Kelly Middlebrooks, and Patsy Tabbert. Hope I didn't miss anyone as I have only been through the magazine once!

Oh my goodness, how exciting ladies. Wish we got mags like that over here. I've never seen it on our newsagents shelves at least and if it was the price exchange they'd charge for it would be exorbitant.

It is a wonderful issue, and it seemed a bit strange to see all the names and think.."I know her! and her! and her!..." In addition, I think it will go down as one of my favorite issues because the explanations of 'how to' are so clear for so many of the images.

Thanks so much, Karen. It's fun to share with "people who get it." It's quite fun to see your page in a magazine, too. I just got my copy and will spend the next week or more savoring it as this is my favorite publication and I eagerly await the two times a year when it comes out.
Congratulations to Debbie, Patsy, Joanne and Jana! Like Maureen said, It's so fun to open up a magazine and smile and point to all the people you know in it. :O)

fwiw, I used to use my 50% off coupons at the bigbox craft stores for this magazine but the stores eventually included magazines/books as some of the restricted items. Boo! Hiss! I finally decided on a subscription as the magazine evolved and became more useful to me as well as wonderful inspiration. Pure eye candy!

thank you so much ladies and congratulations to ALL of us! I think it is an even bigger thrill to be published with so many other talented DD friends. I agree with Maureen; this is definitely a "FAVE" issue with tons of wonderful articles. Somerset really puts out a beautiful, classy product, they're very nice to work with AND they make it very easy to submit pages for consideration so I'd urge you all to give it a go!
