Rachel, when my daughter was living in Japan, we did this mental math ALL THE TIME.

Now she's in S. Carolina & I just have to remember 3 hours. Good thing, since grandma's brain ain't getting any younger!!!

So I am here for the next 90 minutes and i am looking forward to seeing lots of layouts with the freebie in the event gallery!

    The rules are very simple:

Use the freebies to create a page

You can add anything you like (as long as it's a current Designer Digitals product)

but the challenge is to use soft, pale colors.

    Hey, Lynn,

Should we use all of the items in the freebie for the challenge?

I went with green so it would work for a boy page, a girl page or an outdoor page. So the challenge is to come up with different soft colors that work with the green and with your photo or photos.

Soft browns for an outdoor page? Pinks or lilac for a girl page?

    Surprise me!!

I am going to have to work hard to keep it muted. I have a color addiction lately.

Yes, Shirley, I should have said, use all the feebies. (Bit that could just be a strip of the striped paper for example, if you like). As long as it's in there somewhere. :-)
