Default Pse 4?

When I resize a photo, my computer gets stuck and will not "apply" unless I hit the close button which will bring up the "apply" button.

Do you think this is a bug in the system or my computer??

hmmm doesn't sound good monica. How much ram do you have? And enough free space on your hard drive? Both make a difference. Also, Pattie is the resident computer expert... hopefully she'll chime in.

I haven't upgraded to PSE4 because I heard it is full of bugs. Also, I've read that PSE3 is essentially the full Photoshop with features disabled - but the code is still there so you can acccess them with actions. The atomic cupcake website has lots of great ones. HTH.

We just had PE4 installed in my lab at school. I have not noticed any bugs yet, but I am sure I will find a few....

As for the original question, my guess would be the amount of active ram you have and the number of other programs that may be running in the background. I have 512 of ram and PE3 on my home computer, and at school we have PE4 with 256 of ram... Yes, I notice the difference in the way the programs work.

Default Pse 4

I have been using PSE 4 since Christmas and I have not had any problems at all. I would suggest that you check the available memory on your computer. You may not have enought to do what you are trying to do!

Good Luck!
