I've been using Elements for 2 years and never had this happen.
I opened a photo (a jpg) edited it, saved it, then dragged it onto my canvas. When it hits the canvas it turns gray scale. Where did my color go? Help! and thanks!

It's happening when I drag anything to my canvas. Everything is turning B&W. I've rebooted my computer. Any ideas of what's going on?

Is your canvas a b&w image? Just check the setting when you create your new 3600x3600 blank canvas.
Other than that, I'm not sure!
