Default Need help

I have PSE7. I would like to print in 8x8 but the printing setup does not allow me to do so. I am new to this and do not know what I am doing. Is there somewhere where I can select 8x8 or 12x12 since these are the ones I like to work with.

Thank in advance!

I don't work with PSE7 and am unfamiliar with the settings.

In CS4, make my LO's 12 x 12 and if I want to print it 8 x 8 I resize the image to 8 x 8 and then print.

Hope this helps.

Thank you. I do remember an older version of PSE having you pick out which album you wanted. However, PSE7 does not have it unless I just do not where it is.

The steps will be different depending on your printer driver. For my printer, a Canon MP470 Pixma, these are my steps.

In the Editor, I go to File: Print: Page Setup: Printer: Properties: Page Setup: Page Size: Custom and then enter my dimensions of 8X8.

After clicking all the OKs, when I get back to my first Print dialog box, I click "Scale to Fit Media" because my pages are 12X12 scaled to 8X8.

I have PSE 6, but I don't think the printing dialog boxes are a whole lot different. That might get you in the right direction. I do think you'll have to do that every time unless you can save the default size in your own printer driver.

One hint...if you are printing an 8x8 on paper that's 8.5x11, you can get another photo in there if you turn off the centering. You will have 3" below your 8x8 to play with if you want.
