Default border on this paper?

I am thinking about buying the below paper pack. However, I want to learn how to border the scalloped paper a different color than the paper? Any suggestions on how to color the border? (I am a mac user - cs4).

diecut paper pack - scalloped paper

There are different ways of doing this...

The easiest would be to use the Magic Wand tool and mark the white border that you want to recolor. You will see it with marching ants around it after you have marked it.
Then go to Edit->Fill and fill in the color you want.

Good luck!

That suggestion worked great filing the whole paper, I was able to do edit - stroke to just do the border.

LOL Lori, you are a busy bee with your new found love of digi scrapping. If you haven't done so I HIGHLY suggest you check out one of Cassie Jones tutorials. When new to the PS and PSE software, just ONE tutorial will have you up and running with how to's, tricks and tips like you never thought of. These tuts are not just "this is how you do it" instructions, they are full of FUN and I can tell that you are the kind of person who will run with the ideas that they will create in your head. :O)
Have fun and see you in the gallery!

Just a note, there is a big sale coming up. This might be a good time to try one.
