Default Text on a path, going opposite directions??

I know this has got to be a simple process, but for the life of me I can't figure it out! I know how to do text on a path, but I'm looking to do text on a path going two ways (on a circle). I'm using CS2. Does anyone know how to do this?

Make two separate paths and then put the text on two separate layers.

This tutorial addresses text on a path:

I am familiar with text on a path and text in a shape, I'm just not sure how to make the text swoop down and to the right (I've got the up and to the right down pat!) Will this tutorial address that?

You could also use the Warp Text function in the Options Bar. It looks like a "T" with a curved arrow beneath it.
Create one line of text and warp the text in an Arc in one direction. Then create a second line of text and warp it in an Arc in the opposite direction.
You can adjust the distortion to get the look you want.

I didn't see this particular item in Cassie's tutorial but when you have your text on the path, flip to the Direct Selection Tool (in with the Path Selection Tool - the arrow tool below the text tool), it will give you a cursor that looks like an I with an arrow or two arrow, click it when it has the arrow for the direction you want to switch your text to and you should see your text flip around to the inside of the path and swap directions.
