Default Workflow using Noiseware

Hi all you experts (cough) - enablers!

I just bought noiseware and am wondering at the workflow (since I also am new at using lightroom). Do you apply the noiseware filter to your raw photo in PS, save a copy of it, then open it up in lightroom to make other adjustments? I wanna do this right!

ETA: I noticed when I applied the noiseware filter to the RAW file, it won't save as a Raw file anymore. Waaaah! Adjusting a photo in LR is so much better when it's RAW. Am I doing something wrong?

TIA for your advice

~ Billie

I start in LR do all of my adjusting there (white balance, tone, contrast, presets, cropping) then I import into PSE and run noiseware and make any other changes I need. HTH

Thank you Katrina! That really helps. I guess I wanted it all: A noise-free RAW file -- {evil}grin. Talk about wanting my cake, eating it, and demanding ice cream and sprinkles, too!
