Neutral Density and Circular Polarizer

My dh went abroad and when asked what to get me....

No, I don't want perfume or diamonds.

And a Nikon D700 is too pricey, so I asked for some filters, that I have always wanted - to play with.

Got a CP filter and a Neutral Density filter (ND8) for my Tamron 17-50 f2.8 lens (67 mm filters).

I know what these can do..... I wanted to know what experience you have with these filters ? Photos please.....??
