LR Color Management Process

I'm just adding to my confusion. I've searched all morning on the web for an answer but there are a wide range of answers.

For digital scrapping/general photo printing purposes:

What color settings do you have
1. LR set to: sRGB, Adobe RGB or ProPhoto?
2. PSE set to: sRGB or Adobe RGB?
3. Your camera set to: sRGB or Adobe RGB?

I have a Canon Rebel XTi, LR v.1 and PSE 6. All I want to do is edit photos in LR, either print photos only, or export photos to PSE to continue my digital scrapping. From PSE I save my layout and am anticipating printing all of them at shutterfly in the future (however I do have the Epson R1800 printer that I could use). Any help/guidance is appreciated. And if this has been asked in the past (I looked but didn't see anything) I apologize.

I think I just need to ask other digital scrappers what they use as settings. Other people don't "get" the work flow.
