Forgot to mention- any good Internet sites for used cameras

I would like to purchase a new camera, but since I know practically nothing about photography (you people here are just too crafty!), I would like to learn on something that doesn't cost thousands, but has the capabilities for me to learn a lot--body and separate lens, lots of variable features, good in low lighting situations.
