What is the difference in the TOUs? I understand that you may use them for profit if it's something you add on the photos your selling but not to just resell the kit. But like the credit and changes to the kit? And do you need to pay for the license on each kit, each designer or just one time for the site? Also I'm wanting them for my Church's website I'm the "Church's photographer" and web manger, can I use them for that?

Hi Lynn,
A photographer's/S4O license is for people who have a business scrapping for others and photographers who create cards and books for their customers selling their customer the finished hard goods. Other usage, including creating templates, cards, stationary etc for sale on ebay, etsy, blogs or any other retail outlet is considered commercial use and handled on a case-by-case basis. And yes, a license needs to be purchased for each product used. Any further questions should be addressed to us through the contact us link in the top menu bar. Thanks!
