Settings for indoor sports photos

That is an awesome lens. We went to Kits a couple of years back when we were going on a whale watching trip. "My guru" talked me into that lens and I have used it TONS since. It didn't fail me on the whale trip and many other trips/events since. It is a clunker, and took some getting used to. People always think it is much more zoom than it is because of the size when they see me with it. I just smile and have given up explaining. ;-)
