Default Where can I get prints made that have texture?

I have been doing a little professional photography business here and there for about a year. I started taking pictures of food for a local grocery chain in town. But, everyone saw my pictures of my family and it began a storm of people asking to take pictures of babies, families, senoirs and such. I am trying to keep up and learn all I can about photography.

I was using Mpix to print my images but I would like something a little more professional and sturdy. My family picture that I did about four years ago has a wonder texture on it. I have been looking at printers online but haven't discovered one that prints with this type of finish. For that matter I would just like to know what it is called

I know there are a bunch of you out there that might know and can end my seemingly endless search.

I would greatly appreciate a bump in the right direction! Thanks soooo much!

Check out White House Custom Color www.whcc.com

They have a variety of textures, and I have always been pleased with their results. They are a professional photography print service, and their customer service is excellent. Give them a call. They'll give you some free 8x10s for you to get your settings right.

I remember Kim talking about where she got her prints done, did a search and found that both she and Pattie recommend this site - whcc.com. I was looking through Adorama's photo paper offerings and they had a great review on their site about which papers were appropriate for different kinds of photographic styles, ie. portraits, landscapes, cars and type of printer (ink vs. dye). Hope this is helpful!

I've used WHCC, I couldn't have received better service from them. They offer you 5 free prints to begin with to make sure that their colors are consistent with those of your computer, and mine were spot on. I think they were 8 x 10's. They also include a welcome pack with all the papers/textures that they offer. It's definitely worth taking a look at them.
