I've been slowly going through those tutorials and others now that I have a decent (read: higher-end point and shoot) camera. I've never had anything but cheapo cameras before. Now I can actually USE more of their tips!

Check out Scott Kelby's books from your library too - I'm finding a lot useful from him.
