canon rebates
Just heard on NPR that the company that processes Canon rebates has file for chapter 11 bankruptcy and may not honor the rebates that have been issued. Just a FYI for those looking for a "great deal" during the holidays.

There are a lot of companies that used that one. Basically, Canon said not to cash the checks b/c they will bounce. They're reissuing checks themselves.
