Congratulations!! I'm a HUGE advocate for adoption...I've done it twice.
 Do lots of research before you jump in and then jump in with both feet. Both of my children were born in Russia. International adoption is a bumpy road, but I wouldn't change a thing! Feel free to PM me with questions!

as an adoptive mom from wayback, i can tell you that I heartily endorse the idea! our daughter was adopted from Korea in 1987. she just graduated from college and is a beautiful, happy kiddo. she's brought so much to our lives and to our family. it was fantastic, these past 22 years with her. so, have some fun! spread some love around! good luck.

Oh that IS exciting news! There is a little one out there who is meant for you & just waiting for you - or maybe more than one as happened to a couple I know who adopted twins from Russia!
