Default My 52 week project

Some of you may remember my layout for week 4 of my 52 week project. It featured my husband Peter making butternut squash soup. I decided to cook today. This is something I rarely do anymore as Peter has taken over the kitchen since he retired. I made something simple - just couscous with raisins, cilantro, green onions and Italian seasoning. But I managed to burn myself on the pot lid while boiling water and had a mess all over the place. Peter quipped. "Quick, get the camera! I'm doing week 6"

Isn't it terrific when they instantly see a moment worth scrapping?! Very sorry the moment was one that caused you pain, though!

Oh no!! I'm so sorry that I'm laughing, but at the same time I'm cringing from the thought of being burnt. Hope you're okay! Looking forward to your page about this!
