Oh my goodness, Maureen, does it ever end for you??? That sounds scary but I'm sure they will take good care of her!!! We'll keep her in our prayers of course!

Going back to the hospital soon but I called and she's stable, slept well during the night and the doctors should be making their rounds by noon. I need to get up to Ravens central this am as the hospital is very close to the Ravens stadium. While not a football fan, I am wearing purple today just to fit in!

I am so not doing any more Googling. I have a few friends with lots of medical knowledge who often tell me more than I need to know or want to know, if you knwim.


I was in a discussion Sat am about selfishness and how most of us really do think the world revolves around us. Funny, how quickly our opportunities to be different come! Wryly funny i.e. Yes, God has a sense of humor!

I left Elizabeth after midnight lastnight. The ENT dr was the last to examine her and her cat scans. He says there seems to be a blood clot in the sinus veins behind her left eye but it's not showing on the cat scan. He was going to do another scan later. They will continue to treat her with pain killers, antibiotics and probably blood thinners for the clot.
